Coffee in the United States is served by three kinds of places: national chains with drive-thrus and mobile ordering, independent neighborhood cafes that double as a workspace or a meeting spot, and specialty shops that roast their own beans or buy single-origin lots and brew them by pour-over, espresso or cold brew. Most open between 6 and 7 a.m. on weekdays, slightly later on weekends, and the busiest hour is the commute rush before 9. A drip coffee runs a few dollars, espresso drinks and specialty pours more, and tipping a dollar or a percentage on the card reader is customary but not required. Nearly every cafe offers free Wi-Fi, though some limit laptop seating at peak times or on weekends, and outlets are often the scarce resource.

The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. Typical hours are 12:30–4:30 pm. It is closed on Monday, Wednesday. Houston is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Traffic in Houston peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The website was helpful to make the reservation and let you know you can order drinks and treats for the cat when you’re there. The ambiance is very relaxing for the cats where they have many options or roam on the playpen, different nooks, and rooms here. They had automatic litter boxes, various toys and treats available for the cats which was nice. The cats were more interested in being fed which I figured they would be but it was still fun to check out. I enjoyed feeding and petting the cats here.

For cat lovers. I recommend to schedule in advance and schedule earlier hours, after noon /evening cats are getting spicy and they just want to rest after hour of people petting them.

Had so much fun playing with all the cats! I love that they’re available for adoption, which makes the experience even more special. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and clearly cared about the cats. One thing to note is that their drink selection is limited to canned beverages, they don’t offer handcrafted coffee drinks. That said, the cats and the overall atmosphere more than make up for it. If you’re a cat lover looking for a fun and relaxing place to spend some time, I definitely recommend checking it out!

Super cute experience. All the cats are adoptable. I wish I could have taken one home! But you can buy little food treats to give them while you're there and all the cats love them. It warmed my heart and was a nice addition to my work trip.

Okay, so I came here today, and it was such a cute little place. The cats were so sweet and lovey. I really enjoyed it. Except…. Look I’m not trying to be an ass…. But there was a lady there, I’m guessing in some role of authority?? Maybe the owner or manager or something. Idk she was wearing a tank top. She was AWFUL! Like genuinely just horrible to be around. The way she was speaking to the employees was absolutely foul. I was soooo uncomfortable, and it truly ruined my experience. I would LOVE to come back, unfortunately, it’s a hard no- because morally I cannot pour my money into someone who behaves so nastily to the people that are keeping her afloat. Especially not in front of customers! The poor girl that was being yelled at, and degraded was crying after that woman walked away. 0/10 on her behalf. Everyone and everything else was fantastic. For shame, lady. 🀒
